What I think she means



I think that Paikea was saying in her speech that girls and boys can do the same thing girls can do what boys do and boys can do what girls can do

    Kia ora Chloe,
    I really enjoyed The Whale Rider movie. Have you watched it recently at school? I think you are right, Paikea is def saying that boys and girls can do the same thing. In the movie Paikea does lots of different things to prove this. What did you see her do in the movie that showed her Grandfather she was just as capable as a boy?
